Masters' Union

Founded in 2020 in Gurugram, Masters' Union is a modern, industry-focused University specializing in tech and business education through a "Learn By Doing" approach. 70% of our classes are taught by active CXOs, founders, and global practitioners. 30% of learning happens through live ventures, real client briefs, and applied simulations.

Tetr College of Business

Founded in 2024 by the same promoter group, Tetr is built for a global audience. Students undertake business immersions across 6 countries while building startups, e-commerce brands, products, creator businesses, and investment theses. Tetr operates a $10 million Launchpad Fund and is backed by Owl Ventures and Bertelsmann India Investments.

How we partner with organisations

Our corporate engagements are not training programmes lifted from a catalogue. They are co-designed journeys, built around the institution's strategic priorities, delivered by practitioners who do the work for a living, and measured by the impact they create inside the organisation.

Co-created with the client

Every engagement begins with the client's challenge - institutional priorities, strategic gaps, succession needs. We design the curriculum around those, not the other way round.

Practitioner-led, not faculty-only

The people who teach are the people who do. CEOs, MDs, group CHROs, and senior operators leading sessions grounded in real decisions, not theoretical frameworks. Practitioners at Masters' Union are from 26 nationalities.

Every programme culminates in capstone projects on live organisational challenges, with senior leadership presentations. Learning that translates into measurable value, not certificates that sit on shelves.
